His Army Youth Sports, Inc. (HAYS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering excellence in youth athletics while serving the greater Dayton community. Rooted in faith, our mission is to create, manage, and expand exceptional sports programs that nurture both athletic skills and spiritual growth.
Under the umbrella of HAYS, all DC CRU sports are supported and thrive. We provide a robust infrastructure for Dayton Christian elementary and middle school boys’ and girls’ soccer and basketball programs, ensuring a solid foundation for young athletes. Our ultimate vision is to expand our reach, embracing more sports and welcoming families beyond Dayton Christian, united by our shared faith.

Our goal is to redefine good sportsmanship, instilling values of integrity, teamwork, and respect in all our participants.
